They communicate very well about estimated costs and time to do a repair. We had them add an air conditioner and repair an awning motor and both were completed in a timely and very efficient matter. Well after the fabulous sales team purchase of our new Minnie we had to have a couple small items fixed under warranty. This is my first dealing with service after the sale. I called the dealer and they told me I had to take it to certified warranty place to get fixed. They informed me that 1st choice trailers was the closest place to take it. I just knew it was going to take awhile to get the camper out of the shop, since it is the start of camping season. After contacting 1st Choice Trailers Friday morning, l knew we were in good hands.. Mark and his wife Karol were great. The customer service was perfect, they went above and beyond. Mark was so busy with it being the start of camping season, but I’m sitting in the new camper right now after camping over night. Mark got us our camper back the very next day, after staying late on Friday to get it done. I can’t thank him enough personally, but I’m telling you if you want great professional service for your camper/RV/Trailer etc.. 1st Choice Trailers is the place to go… they have service, sales, and parts.. your one stop shop for RVing. They have my business from now on… Thanks Again
